Terms & Conditions

1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all vehicle wrap and Paint Protection Film (PPF) services provided by WCwraps Ltd. By engaging our services, the client agrees to the terms outlined herein.

2. Estimates and Quotations

  • All estimates are based on the information supplied by the client and assume that the vehicle is in a clean and suitable condition for installation.

  • Any changes to the design, materials, or scope of work may result in additional charges.

3. Deposits and Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon acceptance of the quotation to secure the booking.

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work and prior to vehicle release unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or cash.

4. Vehicle Condition and Parts Removal

  • WCwraps Ltd requires the vehicle to be clean, free from rust, dents, or damages before installation. Pre-existing issues may affect the quality and durability of the wrap or PPF.

  • Any bodywork repairs required prior to the wrap installation are the responsibility of the client. WCwraps Ltd is not liable for the performance or durability of the vinyl over areas that have been repaired or are otherwise not in original factory condition.

  • Some parts of the vehicle may need to be removed during installation to ensure a professional finish. While we take all necessary precautions, we are not liable for damage to rusty, aged, or fragile parts that may break during removal or reinstallation.

  • The client is responsible for informing WCwraps Ltd of any known vulnerabilities, prior repairs, or modifications to the vehicle.

5. Design and Approval

  • All designs must be approved in writing by the client before installation begins.

  • Once approved, any changes to the design will incur additional charges and may affect the schedule.

6. Installation

  • We use premium materials and industry-standard techniques for all installations.

  • Some minor imperfections may occur due to the nature of the materials and installation process. These are considered normal and do not constitute grounds for complaint.

  • Curing time for wraps and PPF is typically 48 hours, during which the vehicle should not be washed.

7. Aftercare

  • Clients must follow the aftercare guide provided by WCwraps Ltd to maintain the warranty and ensure the longevity of the wrap or PPF. Key points include:

    • Hand wash only; avoid automatic car washes.

    • Use pH-neutral soap and soft cloths.

    • Avoid high-pressure washing on seams and edges.

  • Failure to follow the aftercare instructions may void the warranty.

8. Warranty
WCwraps Ltd provides a warranty on materials and installation for:

  • Vehicle Wraps:

    • 12 months against peeling, bubbling, or lifting caused by installation errors or material defects.

    • Fading is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, which is specific to the brand of vinyl chosen for the project. Details of the manufacturer’s warranty will be provided upon request.

  • PPF (Paint Protection Film): Up to 10 years, covering yellowing, cracking, bubbling, or lifting due to material defects or installation errors.

Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper aftercare, cleaning, or maintenance.

  • Environmental factors such as bird droppings, tree sap, acid rain, or UV degradation.

  • Pre-existing issues with the vehicle, including rust, scratches, dents, or poor-quality paintwork.

  • Wear and tear, accidental damage, or intentional misuse.

  • Damage resulting from the use of abrasive cleaners, high-pressure washing on edges, or harsh chemicals.

Void Warranty Conditions:
The warranty is void if:

  • Any modification, repair, or removal of the wrap or PPF is attempted by anyone other than WCwraps Ltd.

  • The client fails to follow the aftercare instructions provided by WCwraps Ltd.

9. PPF Self-Healing Properties

  • Some PPF films have self-healing capabilities. Minor scratches or swirl marks may heal under sunlight or warm water. This is a feature of the product and not a warranty issue.

10. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made less than 5 business days before the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.

  • Rescheduling must be done with at least 48 hours’ notice and is subject to availability.

11. PPF and Wrap Removal

  • WCwraps Ltd offers professional removal services for an additional fee.

  • Clients are advised not to attempt removal themselves, as this may cause damage to the paint or bodywork.

  • Wraps and PPF installed by WCwraps Ltd are designed to be removable without damage within their intended lifespan, provided the vehicle's paint was in good condition at the time of installation.

12. Limitations of Liability

  • WCwraps Ltd is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including loss of use or diminished vehicle value.

  • Liability is limited to the cost of the installation service provided.

13. Force Majeure
WCwraps Ltd shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, material shortages, or supplier delays.

14. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England.

15. Agreement
By engaging WCwraps Ltd, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
